1 Introduction

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with kt222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are accessing kt222 on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of kt222, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned to the originating payment method after an investigation period.

3 Account Registration

To access kt222's full range of products and services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

One Account Policy

Each player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one kt222 account. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kt222 uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original verified account will be closed. Any bonuses claimed or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on kt222 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though kt222 reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for risk management purposes. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to a third party — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where possible. If a reversal is not possible, the corresponding funds will be locked pending investigation.

Deposits are generally credited to your kt222 account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. kt222 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes, subject to verification checks. kt222 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where unusual account activity has been identified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Funds may only be withdrawn to an account held in your own name. kt222 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player through the account portal before they are processed; once processing begins, cancellation is not possible.

Currency

All transactions on kt222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT through local payment methods.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

kt222 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Until the wagering requirement has been fully met, bonus funds and their associated winnings cannot be converted to withdrawable cash. kt222 reserves the right to determine which game categories contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate; these contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.

Bonus Abuse

kt222 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or opposing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors or loopholes in promotion mechanics, and colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds improperly. Where bonus abuse is identified, kt222 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Promotional Eligibility

Promotions may be restricted by country of residence, account status, deposit method, or other eligibility criteria. kt222 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kt222 platform are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. General betting rules applicable across all kt222 products are set out below.

• All bets are final once confirmed. kt222 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a game or market is voided in accordance with the applicable rules.
• kt222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or stakes that were published due to a technical error, system malfunction, or human error, provided that the error was apparent at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and browser are compatible with the platform and that you have appropriate security software in place.

12 Suspension & Termination

kt222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Receipt of a valid legal order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where kt222 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the interests of other players.

In the event that your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to deduction of any outstanding liabilities owed to kt222. If the closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, kt222 reserves the right to withhold all or part of your account balance.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting kt222 customer support. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 24 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in the normal course; verified balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Amendments

kt222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kt222 will notify registered players via email, in-platform notification, or by displaying a prominent notice on the kt222 website, at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at kt222.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force. Your continued use of kt222 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
